Jon Mackay lives and works in Charlbury. As an artist, illustrator and silk screen printer, Jon works on his fine art prints and exciting commissions for festivals, bands and hotels in is home studio. Clients include Live Nation and Mumford & Sons – whose music both resonates with Jon and instructs his design. Starting out with hand drawings, Jon prints each of his silkscreens himself.
Charlbury and the surrounding countryside have informed a number of the works selected by Branch Arts including Stuck in a moment with you and Lovers in Japan which were inspired by Ditchley and Cornbury Park.
